Project Overview
The MyHR Portal serves as the primary self-service tool for Cargill employees to manage their HR needs and connect with HR teams. However, usability gaps were creating friction and frustration, leading to a poor employee experience.
By identifying and addressing these issues, the project aimed to improve usability, increase self-service adoption, and ultimately reduce the volume of support tickets handled by HR teams.
